About Me

Are you having a rough time coping? Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed? I believe that the most important aspect is finding the right therapist that you feel comfortable with to share your most intimate thoughts and feelings. In my practice I provide a confidential, non judgmental environment where you feel safe enough to open up . I work with individuals starting at age 14 through adults who want their lives to be better, are experiencing day to day challenges, as well as individuals who are experiencing mental health/behavioral health issues such as depression and anxiety.

I am a Breast Cancer Survivor and work with others who are going through or contemplating treatment.
